EB-Virtual Communities
In 2013 virtual communities are very useful for example estate agents can now show a property without visiting it instead they show the property by pictures and descriptions. Other virtual communities are like social media groups and gaming. Gaming is very popular for many ages and brings a lot of people together these are like the x-box like, PlayStation and computer games.
This is a good way to get many people to interact with each other and have discussions on things they are interested in.
ReplyDeleteHowever, only viewing the houses online may not give a realistic sense of whether or not the house is right. Visiting the house will allow the people the really see if the house fits their criteria. Online games also allows many people to connect with each other.
ReplyDeleteI agree with these comments especially with the gaming online forums, these are places where people can discuss and share opinions about different games and gaming consoles. This brings people from around the world together through the art of having the same interests, which would not have been possible 50 years ago.
ReplyDeleteHannah's view on the online house veiwing has changed my opinion and people would still prefer to visit a house than to see it online. I agree with the gaming that it has created many relationship through talking and playing the games. Games allow use to chat by text or even speakers Social media also allows use to create groups and chat within them these groups can be if people shared the same interests. There are many sites like bingo, online dating and gambling that people can chat on and create relationships.
